A new type of proton therapy system being developed for the Siteman Cancer Center may revolutionize the way that unique radiation treatment is delivered across the country.

With the help of emcee Al Roker, the annual Illuminations gala raised more than $2.3 million to benefit the Siteman Cancer Center. The event was held April 26 at the Ritz-Carlton.
