8.31.10 Pedal the Cause Join us Oct. 8 and 9 for Pedal the Cause, an annual bike ride that will raise funds for cancer research through the Cancer Frontier Fund. All proceeds from the event will stay in St. Louis. Festivities kick off at 7 p.m. Oct. 8, and the ride begins Oct. 9 at 8 a.m.
