Guest and Patient Relations

Patient advocates in the Guest and Patient Relations Department are available to help patients, families and visitors find solutions for special needs or concerns. These advocates can provide free services and information about cancer center programs, area lodging, restaurants, transportation options and St. Louis attractions.

Guest and Patient Relations can provide:

• Photocopying/faxing service
• Newspapers
• Books and magazines
• Craft kits and activities
• Recognition of anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions 
• Internet access

For assistance, call 314-362-5196 or toll free 800-451-4892 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. On evenings and weekends, call the Barnes-Jewish Hospital operator at 314-747-3000.
