The Siteman Cancer Center operates in conjuction with several partner institutions.

• Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine are Siteman's parent institutions.
  
  
• St. Louis Children's Hospital is Siteman's partner in providing cancer care to children.
  
  
• Both Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital are members of BJC HealthCare, one of the largest nonprofit healthcare systems in the United States.
