Papa John's logoMarch 5, 2014 – Papa John's is pitching in again in the fight against cancer.

From now until the end of the St. Louis Cardinals’ 2014 season, area Papa John’s restaurants will donate $1 to Siteman Cancer Center for every “Siteman Double Play” ordered. The special, which is available every day, is two large, one-topping pizzas for $16.99.

Last year, Papa John’s donated $112,751 to Siteman, increasing the company’s two-year total to $155,738. The money benefits the Siteman Discovery Fund, which allows cancer center leaders to respond quickly to promising new research that will have the greatest impact on patient care.

“Siteman Cancer Center is on the cutting edge of cancer treatment and research,” said Timothy Eberlein, MD, the center’s director. “Papa John’s and our other community partners help us give lasting hope to patients and their families who are battling this devastating disease.”

The “Siteman Double Play” is available at PapaJohns.com by using promo code SITEMAN or finding it in the "Special Offers" section of the website.
