Beverly Sodemann of St. Peters, Mo., was scared when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September 2008. The retired teacher and grandmother of two sought treatment at the Siteman Cancer Center after her daughters research showed the center offered a number of clinical studies. More than a year later, Beverly says, I dont consider myself as having cancer. I am absolutely a survivor.
