For a second season, the St. Louis Cardinals and Sportservice will offer a limited-edition Cardinals cap with $10 dollars from the sale of each hat going to the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine for cancer research.

Last season, 2010 sales of the special Cardinals cap raised more than $57,000.

"The Cardinals are proud to team up with the Siteman Cancer Center to do our part in the fight against cancer," says Bill DeWitt III, Cardinals president.

The hat is a traditional Cardinals cap with the “STL” logo in the front, but on the side, it also features a multicolored ribbon signifying awareness of all cancers.

“The Siteman Cancer Center is among the nation’s leaders in cancer research, and thanks to the Cardinals, we can develop new therapies and treatments to fight cancer,” says Timothy Eberlein, MD, Siteman director.

The limited-edition hat is $22 and is available at the Cardinals Store at Busch Stadium.
