Exercising to Prevent Cancer
April 2011 – Research from around the world has proved that exercise reduces the risk of colon, breast and endometrial cancers. In this "8 Ways to Prevent Cancer" video, Washington University and Siteman Cancer Center epidemiologist Kate Wolin, ScD, discusses the health benefits of exercising.
