The purpose of this study is to collect demographic information (e.g., age, gender) on patients as well as information on patients’ disease (e.g., type of cancer, extent of the cancer), treatment, and outcome. This information may help healthcare professionals better understand Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma and its management and assist with planning of future research.
