Description:
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a new lung marker (called the anchored transponder) that will be implanted in your lung near the tumor and it will help your doctor give your radiation treatments. The anchored transponders will possibly provide accurate, objective, real time, continuous localization to ensure the radiation is focused on the tumor at all times, while assisting with tracking of the radiation target prior to and during radiation therapy. It will also enable the doctor to accurately align your bodyfor more effective treatment and to help you remain in alignment with the radiation beam throughout the
treatment session.
