Description:
The purpose of this research study is to learn about the safety of two anticancer drugs called carfilzomib and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) when given together, to see what effects these drugs have on the body and on your disease, and to determine the highest safest dose of carfilzomib that can be given in combination with PLD.
