Description:
This is a clinical trial to see if the addition of vorinostat helps in preventing a major complication of hematopoietic cell transplantation called acute graft versus host disease (GVHD). The study’s main objective will be to see whether the addition of vorinostat to standard GVHD prevention medicines will decrease the rate of acute GVHD by 100 days following allogeneic HCT from related donors.
