Description:
The purpose of this research study is to learn about the safety of BKM120 and fulvestrant when the two drugs are given together, to see what effects the combination of BKM120 and fulvestrant has on the body and on tumors, and to determine the highest safest dose of BKM120 that can be given in combination with a preapproved dose of fulvestrant.
