Description:
The purpose of this research study is to see if patients who take Yondelis have better overall survival compared to dacarbazine in patients who have advanced L-sarcoma who have previously been treated with an Anthracycline and Ifosfamide for this disease. The study will also measure the safety and how well Yondelis is tolerated.
