Description:
The purpose of this study is to find the highest and safest dose of an investigational drug called BAY 80-6946 in
combination with paclitaxel, determine the side effects of a weekly dosing, determine how much BAY 80-6946 is in the blood at specific times after administration, determine if this combination of medications cause tumor shrinkage, and find out if biomarkers of BAY 80-6946 have predicted response to the combination therapy(Does the study drug affect your tumor in the way we think it does?).
