Description:
The purpose of this research study is to see whether donors who are treated with the new drug POL6326 are able to produce enough stem cells for transplant after one dose of the study drug (as compared to other drugs used for the same purpose, which may require multiple collections). We are also looking at the side effects that the donors experience when they’re given POL6326 and whether stem cells collected after donors receive POL6326 are tolerated by recipients.
