Description:
The purpose of this research study is to look at the safety and tolerability of AT13387 when given alone or in combination with abiraterone acetate and steroids, and to find out the best treatment plan for AT13387 alone and in combination with abiraterone acetate and steroids when given to patients with prostate cancer who are no longer responding to treatment with abiraterone acetate and steroids alone.
