Description:
The purpose of this research study is to find out if being treated with cabazitaxel, prednisone and the experimental drug custirsen is better than cabazitaxel and prednisone alone at increasing survival in subjects with metastatic, castrate resistant prostate cancer. The study will also see if custirsen is safe when given with cabazitaxel and prednisone.
