 St. Louis Regional Breast Navigators Trained in Motivational Interviewing 

The St. Louis Regional Breast Navigator Workgroup helps women overcome barriers they face in receiving care, from the breast cancer screening process to receiving breast cancer treatment. The group recently learned exciting new techniques to help them meet their goals.

 The CPC Continues Their Effort to Save the Lives of African-American Women with Breast Cancer 

The Community Partnership Center (CPC) is starting a new breast cancer support group that will provide free brunch and is open to any woman in North St. Louis who had/has breast cancer. The CPC will also host a Town Hall Meeting on July 13 to give an update on their progress and ask for more community feedback.

Meet PECaD's new program coordinator, Monique Norfolk, MPH. She is a St. Louis native who received her master's training from Saint Louis University School of Public Health in 2009. Monique has a passion for working in the area of health disparities and has been working in the community since finishing her degree.
