A 90-minute fitness workshop for men and women to benefit the Young Women's Breast Cancer Program and the Director's Discovery Fund at the Siteman Cancer Center. Participants may choose from one of eight workouts. Indoor workouts include Zumba, yoga and water aerobics. Outdoor activities include boot camp, a competitive 10K run, a competitive 5K run, a 5K walk or a 1-mile fun walk.
The cost is $30 for those who preregister ($20 for ages 13 to 18) or $35 the day of the event ($25 for ages 13 to 18). For more information or to register, visit www.celebrate-events.org.

This third annual event will benefit the Siteman Cancer Center. Attendees will be treated to all-you-can-eat pulled pork and music by Buffalo Road. The band will start at 7 p.m. The cost is $20 per person in advance or $25 at the door. For information or to buy tickets, call 618-520-8919.

A family-friendly 5K and 1-mile run/walk organized by the Colon Cancer Alliance. On-site registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The 5K begins at 9 a.m., and the 1-mile fun run begins at 9:10 a.m. A survivor and awards ceremony will take place afterward at 10:05 a.m.
Registration fees are as follows:
- 5K Adult - $30 in advance, $40 day of the race
- 5K Youth (6 to 13) - $25 in advance, $35 day of race
- 1-mile Fun Run (all ages; children 5 and younger are free) - $20 in advance, $30 day of race

- Resources for Caregivers, presented by social worker Julie Whitley

Sprint for Skin Cancer
