West County
For residents of St. Louis County, the world-class care of the Siteman Cancer Center is closer to home than you might think. Since 2001, Siteman has operated a facility on the campus of Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital in Creve Coeur, Mo. In July 2008, the facility moved to a new location in Medical Office Building 2.

The board-certified doctors who staff our west county office also practice at Siteman's main campus in St. Louis and collaborate regularly with other Siteman and Washington University physicians. The staff includes a cancer nurse practitioner and registered nurses with specialized training in caring for cancer patients. A research nurse is available to talk with patients about possible participation in clinical trials.
Services offered at the west county facility include:
Medical oncology physician care
Chemotherapy treatment
On-site lab testing
CT scanning, MRI, mammography and blood transfusions
Support programs and educational materials
In March 2009, patients will be able to receive radiation therapy at the new facility, following the installation of a linear accelerator capable of delivering image-guided therapy and a new CT scanner for treatment planning.
