Swing Fore Hope Presents $30,000 to Siteman

Feb. 14, 2012 - Swing Fore Hope, an Edwardsville, Ill., charitable organization, has presented a $30,000 check to the Siteman Cancer Center to benefit cancer research.

The money was raised from the Swing Fore Hope Golf Tournament, which was sponsored by Northwestern Mutual, and other events.

The check was presented on Dec. 27 at the Northwestern Mutual offices in Edwardsville.

Swing Fore Hope was created in 2007 and has raised more than $150,000 to fight cancer. The 2013 golf tournament will be held June 17 at Sunset Hills Country Club, 2525 S. State Route 157, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
